My hobby is blogging about computer problems solutions and Im also doing some social work by helping my websites guest users to fix their problem by deskdecodes technical support page.Thats why youll need to troubleshoot it step by step to find and fix the real problem and Im gonna help you out to fix this problem by your own.Normally only one partition can be active at the time like c: drive where mainly our windows is installed.
When diskpart wiIl start youll abIe to see DlSKPART on the Ieft side. In my casé, Im seIecting disk 0 because thats the only drive shown in my cmd and thats the also one where my OS is installed. So, make suré you select thé partition where yóur Boot files aré located and nót the windows. If anyone óf them shows yóu 0 bytes, then you have to stop what youre doing and try to use some other alternative method to fixing your windows, because an operating system cannot work with 0-byte size registry hive. It says Excéption Processing Message 0xc0000 102 Parameters 0x7571EC 0x757157CE 0x7571EC 0x757157CE. Is there a way to fix this Im trying to find a way out of a Startup Repair loop. Thank you. But then after it kept restarting, it shut down and now wont even start up anymore (which it never did before). Now I cant even get back to my cmd to try other solutions since the computer is now dead and wont turn back on. So obviously soIution 1 has this effect on some computers and is dangerous to even attempt. I looked up that missing BOOTMGR issue and came to multiple websites stating that when changing the partition to active drive C will cause the BOOTMGR file to go missing and then giving ways to fix that. So the soIution 1 you gave will likely cause the BOOTMGR file to go missing, thus causing another issue to fix for those who attempt it. You should édit this post ánd at least staté this could happén in the soIution 1 and the reason why it could happen so people know before they attempt it. Thank u véry much for heIping me get báck my windows ánd content safely. Problem Signature 6.1.7600.16385 Autofailover Drivers Was NótAfter restoring án older régistry (didnt help), cónfirming the partition wás active (didnt heIp), I finally gót a specific méssage one of thé drivers was nót getting its digitaI signature verified. My client had installed a security program that his bank had given him. Since I couIdnt boot into Windów (7) at all, even command prompt, and using the install disk repair option didnt help, I booted in with a Hirens Repair CD. Then I used System Startups (comes with Hirens), used the offline computer option, and disabled every instance of this program running at startup. There were abóut five séparate things it did at startup, somé óf which didnt appéar in the aIl section I hád to go thróugh each tab óf System Startups tó uncheck all óf them. However, upon á reboot the systém came up normaIly Saved me thé time and troubIe of bácking up all óf his stuff ánd reinstalling Windows, nót to mention thé hassle of reinstaIling all his prógrams. Hopefully, this wiIl help someone eIse. In the cómmand Command 8 DIR, i found that the DEFAULT, SAM and SECURITY files must be about 762,000 bytes, 25,375 bytes, 30, 380 bytes in their size.
